Finance Administrative Associate | Tax Specialist | Aspiring Financial Advisor
Elijah Schut, known to friends and colleagues as Eli, is a driven and detail-oriented finance professional with a background in accounting and a passion for helping others navigate the world of personal finance.
Eli graduated in 2021 from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. During his time in college, he volunteered with the IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, where he gained hands-on experience providing tax support to individuals and families in need. That experience sparked a deeper interest in financial services and led him to pursue a role as a staff accountant, where he focused on tax preparation and client support.
Originally from Kent County, Maryland, and raised in the small town of Rock Hall, Eli brings a grounded and community-focused perspective to his work. He’s currently expanding his skill set by studying for the Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, with the goal of becoming a licensed financial advisor.
When he’s not crunching numbers or studying for exams, Eli can usually be found knee-deep in paint samples and power tools. His latest “adventure” is renovating the house he just bought—a project that’s teaching him a whole new kind of patience (and a deep appreciation for YouTube tutorials).
