In 2016, as I was beginning my journey into financial planning, I had the good fortune of sitting beside the warm, creative, and endlessly kind Emily Merenda Battcock. Many of you may already be familiar with Emily for her distinctive jewelry designs. After the pandemic, she deepened her artistry by returning to school for metalsmithing, and today she creates inspired, contemporary silver pieces that reflect her care and creativity.

We are thrilled to host Emily and her work at Envision for First Friday. While this event is outside our financial focus, it reflects a core value we hold dear: supporting the arts and celebrating the creativity that enriches our community.
